WARRANTY AND RETURNS
In the unlikely case where the parts installed in the device are faulty, we offer a 12-month warranty on selected parts.
If the part develops a fault within 30 days, we will offer an exchange or refund. If the part develops a fault after 30 days, we will offer to replace the part and reinstall.

We do not offer a refund after 30 days, only a replacement part and this is valid for 12 months.
Please note that our warranty does not cover user damage, water damage or any form of physical damage caused to the internal and external of the device

Exclusions
Batteries: 12 months (unless otherwise stated)
We do not accept any returns on devices which have been repaired unless if the repair was carried out incorrectly, other components of the device have been damage due to the repair or the device is being sent back for warranty repair.

Apple Genuine Parts
We do not offer any warranty on apple genuine parts. Apple provide a 60 day warranty which is stated in the settings of the device. Any issues with the parts replaced must be taken to apple.

Other Genuine Parts
For other devices we offer 12 months warranty unless stated otherwise. If an issues arises within 30 days of ordering the parts we will offer a replacement part of a refund. After 30 days we only offer replacement parts and no refund can be given.

Delivery Information
It is the sender's responsibility to pack the device and send it to our address safely and securely. We are not liable for any damage that occurs during the transport of the device to our office. It is the sender's reasonability to pay and send the device to our office. AK Phones will return the device back to the sender through royal mail 1st class delivery. This comes with a £750 compensation if royal mail fail to deliver the parcel or cause damage to it during transport. For devices worth £750 it is the sender's responsibility to inform AK Phones and request for a high compensation which the sender must pay for.
