Ak Phones provides repair services for mobile phones. The services offered may include, but are not limited to, screen replacement, battery replacement, software updates, and other hardware and software repairs.

  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

  • Not use the website or services for any unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

5. Service Terms

  • Assessment and Estimates: All repair requests are subject to an initial assessment. We will provide an estimate of the repair costs and time required. This estimate is subject to change based on further diagnosis.

  • Approval: Repairs will only commence once the client has approved the estimated cost and scope of work.

  • Warranty: We offer a 12-month warranty on all repairs. This warranty covers parts and labor for the specific repair performed. Apple genuine screens are subject to a 60-day warranty. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications. Warranty periods are subject to change at our discretion.

  • Data Loss: While we take precautions to protect your data, Ak Phones is not responsible for any data loss that may occur during the repair process. Clients are advised to back up their data before submitting their devices for repair.

6. Payment

  • Payment for services is due before the repair is taken place. 

  • Any deposits or partial payments made are non-refundable if the client decides to cancel the service after work has commenced.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Ak Phones shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our services or website.

  • Our liability shall in no event exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific repair service.

9. Intellectual Property
