How long does the repair take?
For common repairs such as battery replacements and screen repairs we take 1 hour to complete the repair. For apple genuine repairs this can take 5-7 days as the parts we order are directly from apple.
How do I send my device to you?
Once payment has been taken we then send you our address. You can then use any delivery courier to send the device to us!
How does Ak Phones send the phone back?
We use royal mail 1st class special delivery. This ensures that your device is completely protected with a £750 compensation from royal mail.
Is there any warranty?
What happens if my device get damaged during the repair?
Should I back up my phone?
We recommend backing up any important information from your device. Although our repairs do not affect your data we still recommend this.
Does Ak Phones require my pin?
Yes! We require the pin to the device this is for testing and diagnosing any issues. We also perform tests after the repair to make sure your device is the same as how you sent it for your peace of mind.
How much will my repair be?
All repairs vary as all parts are different and some repairs may be more labour intensive than others. Despite this we assure you the best prices with the highest level of service.
For aftermarket parts we offer 12 months up to a lifetime warranty. For genuine apple parts, apple offers a 60 day warranty. If you need to make a claim get in touch!
In the unlikely case we damage the device during the repair, we will repair the device at our own cost.
Can I request for pictures after the repair?
